WordCamp Hà Nội 2014 sẽ được tổ chức vào ngày 06/09/2014. Nhóm tổ chức đang làm việc hết sức mình để chuẩn bị cho event này. Và hiện tại chúng tôi cần sự giúp đỡ của các bạn để event này thật thành công.
Thang Bui và team của mình tại BraveBits tham gia tổ chức việc đăng ký, chụp ảnh và quay clip cho event.
Tran Ngoc Tuan Anh tham gia việc tổ chức in ấn.
Dat Hoang từ team WPML sẽ tham gia việc dịch các thông báo về event và các bài viết cho website hanoi.wordcamp.org/2014.
Nhóm tổ chức đang cần thêm các bạn tình nguyện cho các công việc sau:
- Một vài bạn tham gia việc mua sắm đồ ăn và thức uống cho event. Mình cần đi với các bạn, vì thế nên chúng ta sẽ gặp gỡ nhau 1 – 2 lần trước khi diễn ra event. Mình sẽ mời các bạn cafe. 🙂
- 1 bạn giúp đỡ mình trong việc thu tiền đăng ký event, ưu tiên bạn nào có thể gặp mình 3 – 4 lần trước event. Mình sẽ mời bạn cafe. 🙂
- Một vài bạn với công việc khác như gấp áo phông, làm các gói quà tặng cho speaker, sắp xếp huy hiệu (badge), v.v… Mình nghĩ 2-3 bạn là đủ, vì nhóm tổ chức không kỳ vọng có quá nhiều người tham dự và có thể không cần nhiều sự giúp đỡ ở khu vực này.

WordCamp Hanoi 2014 will be on September 6th, 2014, and we’ve been working hard on the preparation and approval process for the event. Now we need your help to make this a success.
Thang Bui and his team at BraveBits have volunteered to help with event registration, video recording, and photography.
Tran Ngoc Tuan Anh has volunteered to help out with the printing.
Dat Hoang from WPML has volunteered to help me with translating event announcements and other posts for the WordCamp Hanoi 2014 website.
We need more volunteers for the following things:
- Someone to help with food + shopping + event beverages. I will need to go with you, so maybe we will need to meet 1-2 times before the event. I will buy you coffee. 🙂
- Someone to help me with collecting money for the event. I just need 1 person, preferably someone who is able to meet me 3-4 times before the event. I will buy you coffee. 🙂
- People to help with miscellaneous tasks, like folding shirts, making gift bags for speakers, organizing badges, etc. These people will need to help us do the physical tasks for the event. I think that maybe 2-3 people is enough, as we do not expect many attendees and probably don’t need a lot of help in this area.
- A designer to help us create the WordCamp Hanoi 2014 badges using the following template.
